Uploading an image from your main pages
Throughout the main areas of your site you will come across image boxes and links to which you can upload your own images. Click on the upload link and you will be presented with a small pop up window. This allows you to directly upload an image to your site for use with the current page.
The pop up looks like this
Before you upload a file you are given options. The default view you will see is the fastest option. However, clicking the advanced upload link at the bottom of the pop up, allows you to upload images, change colours and add borders etc. It looks like this
The last option is to use a file that is already uploaded on your server. This can be done by clicking the link "select from server", select the folder you have uploaded it to and select the image you need.
If you need to upload a new file choose which option of upload you need based on the selections available. Select the folder you would like to upload your images to.
Note: Only upload an image that is a size which works with your design, fits on a page and is as optimised as possible, so that your site loads quickly.
Click the "browse" button and locate the image you wish to upload. Choose any available options, such as quality or size, click the "submit" or "upload" button to start the upload process.
Depending on the size of your image, this process my take some time to complete.

Note: It is important to upload images with unique file names which contain no spaces and are in lower case. If you upload an image that has the same name as one already in place it will be overwritten.
