Email templates

The email template section allows you to create an unlimited number of templates. These can be used to email a client from within your administration area. You can either email a client directly, just as you would using an email package, or it can be used from within your orders administration area.
You can add images, text and tables to the HTML box provided. Depending which template you use, you can add place holders for automatically adding client names and many others things including invoice details.
Login to your administration area. Click on the tab "Members or Order" and from this page click on the link "Email templates" which can be found under the sub-heading "Extras".
When your main "Email templates" setting page loads you will see a list of current Email templates, assuming you have already added a few. To modify one, click the "modify" button and to remove one click the "delete" button next to the one you wish to administer.
To add new templates to the system click the "add new" button. This will load a new page allowing you to complete several boxes. After adding your content, click the "submit" button to apply your new template and save the settings.

Note: To add an image or a link you "MUST" use the "full path" to the image or link. For example, images/myimage.jpg is "wrong". You should use "http://www.mysite.com/" images/myimage.jpg.

| Admin Name: | This is the name of the template and is only seen on the administration side of your site. |
| Subject: | The subject of the email that will be seen by your clients when they read the email. |
| Body: | The content of your email which can include plain text to images and tables. You can add the place holders shown on the right of the email templates administration screen. These will automatically add the client’s name, invoice amounts, numbers etc. |
