The administrators section allows you to add as many administrators as you need, modify or remove them. One benefit of this is do not have share a password. This improves security. Another benefit is individual administrators can be assigned particular areas of the site that only they are allowed to access.

For example you might not want all of your staff to see your profit and loss reports. With your administrators' system you can decide who sees them.

Note: We recommend that you give everyone whom you want to access the site their own password.  You can then prevent them accessing the settings area so that they cannot block the main site owner.

Add or modify an administrator

Login to your administration area and the click on the tab "Settings". Click on the link "Your Administrators" which can be found under the sub-heading "main".

Once your administrators page has loaded you will see a list of current administrators. You can remove them by clicking the "delete" button next to their name, or change what they can access by clicking the "modify" button. Remember to click "submit" to apply your changes.

Adding a new administrator can be achieved by clicking the "add new" button. When the page loads assign them a username, password and the areas you want them to be able to access. Click the "submit" button to apply your changes.
