Welcome setup
When you have installed your website and logged in for the first time, you will see the standard welcome setup screen. This, along with many other key tasks, will automatically test your server for the key services required and allows you to select the way that you intend to use the site, site registration and other features.
These steps are important and should not be skipped, otherwise, you could cause permanent damage to your site.
Follow the on screen instructions until you come to the final welcome page. This will provide a quick list of settings and services you need to set up.
Note: "Important" you "MUST" change the core site "password" and "username" to something unique to you, you can learn more here. Failing to do this will allow easy access to your website by others, who will not only be able to see order and sales information but will be able to delete your website and steal your client data.
