Rate and Review
The rate and review feature allows clients to leave feedback on a product they have purchased from you. This can have positive effects on sales as reviews often help sway a potential customer into making a purchase.
You are in full control of this system. When a review is submitted by one of your clients it remains hidden until you have reviewed it and authorised it for display on the site.
If you recieve a rate and review by phone or email we have made provision for you to manually add these to your site through your admin area.
Login, click on the tab "Content". Click on the link "Product Rate & Reviews". This can be found under the sub-heading "Client Information".
When the main "Product Rate & Reviews page" loads a list of active reviews will be displayed. You can change the views from "new - hidden" to "current - showing" by clicking the respective link.
To administer a review click the "Modify" button next to the name you wish to administer. To remove a review click the button "delete".
Note: If you have opted to do so an automated email will be sent to your client informing them if the review was accepted or not.
To add new reviews click the "add new" button and complete the form. Click the "submit" button to save your changes.

Your client's email address. This is not shown on the client side. |

Allow to be shown on the website. |
| Title: |
The product review title from your client. |
| Review: |
The product review from your client. |
| Sent auto response: |
Automatically sends an email to the client informing them of the reviews status ie accepted or not. |
