Links page
This page allows you to add links to other websites all from one location. This can be either for SEO link exchanging, or maybe to provide helpful sites to your visitors.
To administer these settings login to your administration area. Click on the tab "Content" and from this page click on the link "Links page". This can be found under the sub-heading "Client Information".
When the main "Links page" loads a list of currently used links will be displayed. This is provided that you have already set this feature, or already have one of the default developer links in place.
To administer a link click the "Modify" button next to the name in you wish to administer. To remove a link click the button "delete".
To add more links to the page click the button "add new". When your main add new page loads, complete boxes provided. First type a title, this will be shown on the list. Type in the "URL" the "full" path (e.g. www.somesite.com) to the page you want to link to.
You can also assign the link to a "section / categories" if you have set these up or wish to do so. Using the "sort by" box you can choose the order in which the links are shown. Click the "submit" button to save your changes.
Note: Assigning links to categories helps clients find useful links more quickly. This is ideal for sites with many links shown on their links' page.
To create headings for your links click the "Sections / categories" button. This page will list any available sections you have already defined. To remove a section click the "delete" button. To administer a section click the "Modify" button next to the section name.
To add a new section for your links click the "add new" button. Type the section name you wish to use in the "link title" box. If required, you can also choose who can view links within this section from the "sections / categories" login level drop down.
Click the "submit" button to save your changes. Remember to assign your links to the correct section
