View your newsletter reports
Newsletter reports let you see how many people have viewed each newsletter you sent out. To view each report in detail, click the "View" button, the report will display the name of the client who viewed the newsletter along with their IP address.
You will also find listed the client’s language and email address.
To "delete" a report you will have to delete the newsletter.
Note: Not all reports will be in full. As security is of utmost importance, automated reporting is often blocked by a client’s security package. This is not a fault of the software but a limitation in today’s world.
