This report allows you to see which are your most popular products. This is particularly important in helping identify a trend in any drop in sales.
It may well be the drop is due to the item being a trend item, or possibly because you had limited stock available. However, it could be that your competitors have out manoeuvred you. It maybe by price or perhaps your shipping prices are not so generous as theirs.
The report lists three years side by side allowing you to view trends over time. However, you can show the report over full years, a particular quarter of a year, or individual months.
Note: Only orders marked as completed are listed within this report. It is important to correctly adjust the order status of each order.
