Option two – A unique SmartPlayer with information page sections
This option offers the most flexibility when you require play lists for different pages and no template changes are required. This feature will only show on information page sections which you must first turn on from the "turn feature on and off" settings page.
Once your main SmartPlay settings page has loaded you will see a list of available players and their assigned songs, assuming you have already used this feature before.
You will first need to click on the button "Smartplayer Groups". When the groups’ page loads click "Add new". Now complete the available options shown, the name is not seen by your clients and is used only for administration so you can name this anything you wish.
Your first set of options is to pick the size of the player by modifying the "width" and "height" boxes. Please ensure the size will fit within your design and text for the section page.
Once you have finished choosing your options click "submit" to assign the changes.
You now have to add your music files to the player and to do this go back to your main "Smartplayer" settings page. Once you arrive at this page click the button "add new", type a name for the song and click the "upload" link to upload the respective music file. You can opt to have your music files shown in a particular order and to do this type the order number in the box "Sort by".
Choose the Player group from the "Assign to player" drop down box and click the "submit" button to apply the changes. You can repeat this process to assign as many songs to a player as you require.
Finally, you now need to assign the SmartPlayer to your information page section that you want it to appear on.
