Site report
The site report helps you to check your site and make sure you have it as optimised as possible. This enables you to make sure you are on top of your game and making the most out of your site and search engine listings.
When you run the site report the software automatically checks key fields to make sure you are using enough text on pages, the correct number of keywords, pages with missing content along with many more.
Once the report has finished it will display the results that it has found. Listed in sections each stage will show you the number of pages with problems (if found) or hopefully if no issues have been found you will see a "passed" comment. Each individual area has several sub-areas with full descriptions and recommendations for you to correct any issues that have been found.
If any issues are located a "Failed" link will appear. Clicking this failed link will take you to a more detailed view for that area of the report and it lists the pages in full. From here you can visit the administration area for each page and correct the issues found.
