Send your newsletter out
To send out a newsletter login to your administration area. Click the "Marketing" tab and the link "SmartDeMail" which can be found under the "Client Communications" sub-heading.
Click on the link "Send a newsletter". You will now see a drop down box listing all available newsletters which you have prepared. Choose the one you wish to send and decide if you want to send the newsletter out for real, run a test send, which pretends to send out the newsletter or an admin test. This sends the newsletter to you only.
You have to confirm that you wish to send out this newsletter, in case you have made a mistake. Click the link "Please click here to confirm your actions". This will open a new window to start sending your newsletters out.
Note: While your software is sending out newsletters, you can continue to administer your site as long as the pop up window remains open.
