An example of this could be, many people are looking for a particular keyword but not finding it on your site. There are two outcomes to this scenario. One is that you actually have what they are looking for, in which case, why can they not find it? This is probably because you do not have the right keywords listed within the page, or perhaps you call it something else.
The second outcome, is you do not have what they are looking for but, maybe it is worth considering adding it to your site.
From information only sites, to ecommerce, adding stock and content which your visitors need will provide further traffic to your site, and in return, hopefully, more sales or recognition.
Note: Did you know clicking on the keyword searched for, brings up every attempt made to find it. The IP address if available of the visitor who searched for it?
