Renewing your update subscription
To renew your update subscription, login to your administration area and click the "update link" found in the upper right of your screen. After a few short checks you will be presented with a screen which will confirm your subscription status and the days remaining.
If your subscription has lapsed, click on the link "renew subscription" found on the left hand side of your central screen. You will be presented with your site and personal details and the option to select the length you would like to renew your subscription for.
Select your chosen time frame from the drop down box and click the "renew now and secure pay" button, and follow the on screen prompts.
Note: Once you have completed your subscription renewal it may take up to 12 hours before your website acknowledges the change.
