Remote image capture

The remote image capture feature is a method of collecting an image from another website and saving it to your own server. For example, if you have added information or products from your supplier’s website to your own and the images located on your server removes the need for their site to be working in order for yours to work quickly and successfully.

Note: You must first have permission from the image copyright holder before obtaining any image for use on your site. However, most manufacturers and suppliers allow you to use their product images but you must first ask permission.
To use this feature type the full path to the image you wish to collect. This must also contain the HTTP part of the address in the box called "Remote image". Choose the location you wish to save the image to and any other available options before clicking the "submit" button.
