Manufacturers - suppliers
This area allows you to store your manufacturers' and suppliers' information. This is particularly helpful if you wish to use the "browse by brand" feature. You may wish to assign these brands to products for use with the inbuilt search feature, enabling your clients to narrow down the search results.
Login to your administration area. Click on the tab "Members or Order" and from this page click on the link "manufacturer / Supplier" which can be found under the sub-heading "Extras".
When your main "manufacturer / Supplier " setting page loads you will see a list of "manufacturer / Supplier " available to use if you have set them up. To permanently remove a supplier / brand click the "delete" button next to the supplier’s name. To change the details stored for a supplier click the "modify" button next to the name you wish to administer and complete the boxes available to you.
To add a new supplier click the "add new" button shown in the upper right of the screen. Complete the available boxes with the information you have and finally click the "submit" button to apply your changes.
Available settings;
| Name: | This is the name of the brand / supplier which will be used within the administration area. |
| Phone: | The contact number of your supplier / manufacturer |
| Email: | The email address of your supplier / manufacturer |
| Fax: | The fax number of your supplier / manufacturer |
| Min purchase: | The minimum amount you must spend when placing and order with this supplier / manufacturer |
| Auto email: | Currently not used |
| Address: | The address of your supplier / manufacturer |
| Comment: | Administration comments box which is only seen by you |
