Make a newsletter
It is a quick and easy task to make a newsletter. You can choose from either a template which you have already added or one that comes with your software. If you wish to send a message quickly to your clients, use a completely blank template.
To add a newsletter login to your administration area. Click on the "Marketing" tab and then on the link "SmartDeMail" which can be found under the "Client Communications" sub- heading. Click on the link "Make a new newsletter". This will load a new page which allows you to choose from your current templates or start afresh from the "style" drop down list.
Add the title for this newsletter such as "Store news" and if available pick the group you want to receive this newsletter, from the "section group" drop down box. If you have created a newsletter using the templates, then you will probably not need to change the body box. Otherwise, fill out the body box with the content you wish to send.
Once you are finished click the "submit" button to save your changes.
