Your website is supplied with a fully integrated newsletter system which can be operated with either ecommerce sites or catalogue sites. A client can sign up either via the main sign up form or the checkout process if the site is running as an ecommerce website.
The newsletter system operates using global spam rules. Server requirements are met by sending out a confirmation email. The client must confirm to accept subscription. Once confirmed the date and time is stored and a welcome message is automatically sent out to clients.
Whenever they wish, your subscribers can remove themselves automatically from the system.
To comply with server requests your marketing newsletters are sent out in batches. This prevents automated spam systems stopping your mail shot from being sent and reducing the overhead on your hosting server.
