How to copy from word or another document

When using the HTML editor included in your software you have access to many features similar to the ones found in most modern word document editors such as Microsoft Word. Unfortunately, when you copy and paste content from Word or a website there is a very good chance you have just copied undesirable code in to your document.
This can lead to either the content not displaying correctly and or your website no longer being compliant.

Fortunately, the inbuilt HTML can help you out. When copying from a Word document all you need do is click the icon "Word" and paste your content in the box which opens up to add the content.
For content that is from other sources you can simply use the "text" icon rather than the Word one.

Note: When checking your website caution should be used, particularly, if you are using the Firefox browser. Firefox will display Microsoft code while Internet explorer will not.
