How do I FTP to my site
You will need to use a third party program to FTP files to your website. Free versions and 30 day trials are available from many companies. A quick Google search will provide you with many to choose from.
Optionally, you can use the built in FTP feature of Dreamweaver if you have this program installed.
We recommend you make a back up copy of your website before making any changes. Unless you have taken out our site back up service we will be unable to replace your website if you make a mistake.
Note: Whilst we cannot offer technical support for third party programs, we do offer an update installation service. Please contact your website developer for further information.
