Free shipping over
Since developing "version 1.1.9" we have included the ability to offer free shipping. This can be offered to any country or county. An example of usage is if you wish to offer free standard delivery on orders over £30.00
To administer these settings, login to your administration area. Click on the tab "Settings" click on the link "countries" which can be found under the sub-heading "Extras".

When the "countries" setting page loads find the selected country and click the "modify" button next to that country.
Choose yes for the use FSA (free shipping allowed) enter the minimum amount you want the order total to be. Place this in the amount over box.
Finally, click the "submit" button. This sets all the counties which are available for this country to have the same free shipping.
If you want to prevent some counties from being offered the free shipping (such as Highlands) modify the county in question by choosing no from use FSA and click submit.
You can also use the county FSA setting to change the free shipping amount. An example of this is if you want to offer free shipping for orders over £30 but on some other counties you want to offer free shipping only on orders over £80.00.
