Find your login details for HELM
We are all well aware of the need for passwords and usernames to help protect us. Unfortunately, every site you visit has a habit of asking you to provide a password based on their "Settings".
For many years we have been using an almost fool proof method of assigning your HEML hosting account with a unique, secure password. This is made up of a few random characters, part of your product key and some of your domain name.
This information is provided to you via email once you take on our hosting service. However, passwords are easy to forget but we give you the flexibility to change these as and when you need.
Fortunately, HELM has a very useful feature called "I have forgotten my password". Clicking this will make our system email you the default welcome message for your hosting account. This includes the current HELM login password.
Note: Note you must ensure you have updated your personal details otherwise the system will not know where to send the email.
