The e-Qcart, which stands for Electronic Quick Cart, allows you to administer the main settings for your cart and merchandise. You can modify the amount of vat you charge, shipping time, images used with the cart and numerous other features.
These settings can be changed at anytime. However, when it comes to the order prefix and suffix, we recommend that you do NOT change these once you have started trading. Technically, you can do so but once you change them former clients will no longer be able to carry out order tracking.
Current settings for this page;

| Keep on collect orders: | The number of days to keep orders that have come through on collect |
| Show vat inc / ex: | To show prices including your vat and without vat set to yes |
| Minimum purchase: | The minimum amount you want your clients to spend before being able to order, leave a 0 to not use |
| Shipping cost by: | How you want to handle shipping, set to no, to not charge a shipping fee |
| Allow to buy: | This allows anyone to buy from your site, or set to members only |
| Zero price message: | When a product has a price of 0 you can show a message ie. Call for price |
| Allow auto vat removal: | Allows several options for VAT removal if their VAT code matches or they are international |
| Clear card CVV: | The number of days after an order is received that the card CVV information is removed |
| Price is: | Is your main price including or excluding vat |
| Force display inc vat: | Forces all prices to show including vat. Used with price is ex vat |
| Charge vat on shipping: | To charge vat on the cost of shipping pick yes |
| Collect D.O.B: | Collect your client date of birth during the checkout. Used for over 18 products like knives etc |
| Use county shipping: | Apply shipping rules based on county as well as country |
| Use promo code: | Decide who can use any promotional codes on your site |
| Delete credit cards after: | The number of days after an order is received that the card information is removed |

| Show item description: | Show the item description on the cart page |
| Add to cart image: | Upload an image rather than using the default form button (learn about uploading) |
| In basket button: | Upload an image rather than using the default form button (learn about uploading) |
| Pre-order button: | Upload an image rather than using the default form button (learn about uploading) |
| Order prefix: | Add to the beginning of your order number ie "ABC" 900 |
| Continue shopping button: | Upload an image rather than using the default form button (learn about uploading) |
| Text question 1: | Ask a text question on the checkout |
| Text question 2: | Ask a text question on the checkout |
| Delay downloads: | How long someone has to wait, until their download can be accessed after placing an order |
| Download folder: | The full path to your download folder if selling downloads |
| Use quick add: | Turn on the basket quick add |
| Image for payments: | Show payment gateway images or a drop down box |
| Max Qty: | The max number of any individual item that can be purchased at one time |
| Show item image: | Show an image of the product in the basket page |
| Checkout image: | Upload an image rather than using the default form button (learn about uploading) |
| Checkout continue image: | Upload an image rather than using the default form button (learn about uploading) |
| Order suffix: | Add to the end of your order number i.e. 900 "ABC" |
| Yes/ No question 1: | Ask a yes or no question on the checkout |
| Yes/ No question 2: | Ask a yes or no question on the checkout |
| Use downloads: | Turn on the ability to sell downloads |
| Can download for: | How long they can download after placing the order |
| Add items based on: | If using quick add to cart, add items based on SKU or ID |
| Use promo title on cart: | What to show on the basket page, the total saved or the promo title |

| Collect site URL: | Collect your client's web address during checkout |
| Issue product key: | Issue a product key with your downloads |
| Email on status change: | Send the client an email when you change the order status |
| Basket page header: | Add content to the top of your basket page |
| Label: | The label for collect site URL ie your web site |
| Use SSL: | Make the checkout use SSL (if SSL is installed) |
| Email admin reminder: | Send an email to the admin to remind about orders not completed |
| Basket page footer: | Add content to the Footer of your basket page |
| Terms: | Add your terms to get clients to confirm before ordering |
| County basket learn more: | Add a learn more to explain the county box during checkout |
| Vat no. learn more: | Add a learn more to explain the vat box during checkout |
