Check and fix site images
This tool allows you to check your main site image folder, item page image folder and all sub- folders for images which are not formatted correctly.
For example, file names containing spaces or non html characters or image names in uppercase. If any incorrectly named images are found it will attempt to rename these images and update your database with any name changes.
You should always double check that this process has been carried correctly. Images used within description boxes cannot be checked and changed. In this case you will manually have to modify the page that the image was used on and correct the file name.
If you are unsure what to do, we have included the capability to carry out a test run. This works in the same way as the real image fix tool, however, no changes are made. This will allow you to see which images can be changed in advance.
