- exsecid, This is the database number which is used internally. When adding new multi assign you must make sure this column is removed. When updating you must ensure this column is in place.
- catid, This is the database number of your item / product shown when viewing the admin. product list.
- exsection, This is the database number of the sections, you add extra section numbers here.
Example;
- Find the database number of the product you want to assign to several sections and type this in the column catid.
- Now find the database number of the section you want the product to appear in and type that number in the exsection column.
- You can make a product appear in any number of extra sections by simply repeating the above process but using a new id in the exsection column.
So a product with an id of 5 and to be shown in sections 1,3,8 and 9 would be listed as;
| catid | exsection |
| 5 | 1 |
| 5 | 3 |
| 5 | 8 |
| 5 | 9 |

Note: Before using this CSV feature please ensure you have read and understood each field, reviewed the limitations of CSV’s and backed up your website database.
