Admin server test
The server test feature allows you to identify which services are available on your current hosting plan. This enables you to see what is installed and the appropriate version numbers. It can also identify any problems running on your site.
For example, perhaps you are unable to apply a particular effect when uploading an image. It may well be a feature is missing or a earlier version of your software is installed on your server. Identifying this allows you to contact your host to ask if it is possible to install or upgrade a feature.
To check for an update login to your administration area. Click on the "Settings" tab. Click "Server test" which can be found under the sub-heading "Extras".
A new window will open up and briefly explain what the test is about and what will happen next. Once you have read and understood everything, click the "submit" button to begin the test.
When the test is completed you will be shown a report. This will identify any issues and advise you accordingly.
