Add, change or remove emails
To access your main hosting account via HELM please login to your website's administration area. You will be taken to your main administration page and from here you will find the link to your HELM as well as your web mail account.
Please click on the link called "Helm control" as shown below;
The link will open in a new window so that you can go back to your main site easily. Upon clicking the link you should be automatically logged in to your HELM control panel and will be confronted with a screen as shown below;
if you are not logged in automatically you will see this screen; simply type your username and password in the boxes
Click on the icon called domains and on the new page that loads. Choose your domain from the list as shown below;
A new page as shown below will appear;
To add a new email address, remove or amend one, click on the Email accounts (pop3) icon and follow the instructions.
